Declaration of Conformity DecaBDE
Refers to EG-Directive: 2005/95/EG and 2005/717/EG
Title: DecaBDE /Decabromodiphenyl Ethers)

With effect from 1st of July 2008 the European court of justice has declared the exception No.9a of the EU-RoHS Directive for "DecaBDE in polymeric applications" - constituted by the Commission's decision 2005/717/EC - null and void.
Consequently the threshold of 0,1% on base of homogeneity materials for DecaBDE's applies again.

Hereby we confirm that products from Hartmann Codier do not contain

DecaBDE (Decabromodiphenylether)

resp. do not exceed the maximum quantity of 0,1% on base of homogeneity materials. Accordingly all products from Hartmann Codier still do conform to the current EuRoHS Directive.
