Mould making/tool manufacture
Using the most recent systems and machinery and applying the most up-to-date methods, we manufacture injection moulds, punching/cutting tools as well as auxiliary and manufacturing equipment with high precision.
This department - which is extremely important for our company - ensures our flexibility and independence.

| Precision injection moulding
|

Taking the demand for electrotechnical precision parts as orientation basis, injection moulding is performed using differently dimensioned machines.
All types of moulds today known are thereby used for the injection moulding process.
Our employees and workers may use different hot runner systems, if the situation requires so.
Decentralized drying processes customized to the respective material in use are going to optimise the single manufacturing processes.

Series mounting and assembly
Year in and year out, we provide our clients all over the globe in the electrotechnical industry with millions of products.
With fully automated and semi-automated systems the automatic final function testing is already implemented. Thus, every single product is thoroughly checked for its correct functioning.

| Screen printing/photo printing
|
|
Prints featuring exact dimensions and precise slideways are achieved through our precision manufacturing process.
Depending on the specified precision, we either use the screen printing or the photo printing method. Both variants are available at our factory.
Besides the basic treatment we also take over the finishing process of the slideways in our own electroplating shop.

| Ultrasonic/laser
|

Each time when cleanliness is an absolute MUST for the manufacturing process, ultrasonic and laser treatment are suitable manufacturing devices.
Plastic parts are connected to each other using in most cases the ultrasonic method. In doing so, we achieve the excellent tightness for which our products are famous for on the entire market.
The laser marking technique offers a long-lasting, resistant typography.

Quality assurance
All our processes are CAQ-monitored from the incoming goods department (goods reception) till the shipment of the final products.
The statistical process control (SPC) guarantees a production within the process limits.
In addition to that, a continuous improvement process contributes to the high quality level.
